If optional features do not work — such as the inability to get the certificate, change account name, or profile picture after activation — the user may apply for a refund of up to 30%.
The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the usage cost for the days already used.
Refund under this rule is only applicable if the subscription is still active at the time of request.
If the subscription has already expired, no refund can be claimed for optional feature limitations.
