4. Payment Methods
MaxTool accepts payments through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank transfers, Credit Cards, and most major Bangladeshi payment methods. Prices are clearly displayed for each service, and MaxTool reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
At MaxTool, we offer a refund guarantee for as long as your subscription is active. If you face a valid problem and your refund request follows our policy, we will give you a partial refund. The amount you get back will depend on how many days you used the service. We will deduct the cost for the days you used it and refund the rest.
For example, if you bought a 30-day package and used it for 20 days, we will deduct the price for 20 days and refund the amount for the unused 10 days.
We do not give refunds for wrong purchases, misuse of accounts, or for any free or bonus accounts.
To request a refund, you must provide your Order ID, purchase date, and mobile number. It may take up to 14 working days to process your refund.
6. User Responsibilities
- Users agree not to resell accounts, share login credentials, or misuse MaxTool services in any way.
- Violations of these responsibilities may result in account termination without refund.
7. Service Limitations and Responsibilities
MaxTool is committed to delivering reliable services with 99.9% uptime. However, we are not responsible for account issues resulting from user misuse or third-party service disruptions. MaxTool will address account issues within 24 hours of notification.
